The Southern Nevada Health District’s Nurse-Family Partnership Program helps low-income, first-time moms with the care and support they need to have a healthy pregnancy, provide competent care for their children, and achieve a better life for themselves and their families. A specially trained nurse will make visits to your home and create a partnership with you to help you throughout your pregnancy and the first two years of your child’s life.
